Ferento e il Castagno

The Castagno building, situated along the Teverina provincial road, halfway between the ‘City of the Popes' and the ruins of Ferento, comprises five separate apartments, surrounded by a large garden.

The apartment ‘L'Alloro' is on the ground floor and has access to a large private garden. It comprises a cosy kitchen complete with an old fireplace, a living room, a private bathroom and a double bedroom.
The apartment ‘L'Ulivo' features a large porch with private annexe and comprises a bright and cosy living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
The apartment ‘La Quercia' is on the top floor and comprises a large living room with fireplace, one double bedroom, two single bedrooms, a kitchen, a large private bathroom and two terraces.
The apartment ‘Il Gelso' is situated on the ground floor and has a private garden with no architectural features; it comprises a kitchen-dinette, a double bedroom and a large private bathroom.
The apartment ‘La Minosa' is on the top floor and features a cosy lounge complete with old fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a convenient kitchen.

The Ferento building, situated in the heart of the farm and close to the ruins of the Roman city of Ferento, a well-known archaeological site, comprises two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchen a large living room with fireplace and a small bathroom. On the top floor there are three large double bedrooms, a large sitting-reading room and two bathrooms. The building is surrounded by the garden and the peaceful green of the countryside.
