The holiday farm is situated in the southern Maremma region, on a hill close to the sea, with views of Argentario promontory and Giannutri island. The farm holding extends over twenty hectares, a sea of green formed by age-old olive trees. The holiday accommodation structure consists of twelve family-suite apartments, each with a private terrace, and one family-suite villa with a garden and private terrace.

Guests staying at the holiday farm will be able to enjoy comfortable apartments that are elegantly furnished and bio-air-conditioned, and each has its own terrace.
Twelve 'family suite' apartments are available, with double or twin beds (45 sq.m) and the possibility of an extra double bed.
All apartments have two bathrooms, a master bathroom with shower or tub, washbasin, WC and bidet, and a second bathroom with washbasin and WC.
There is also a beautiful swimming pool with a whirlpool bath, which is bio-heated in the cooler months, a wellness centre, a cafeteria and a restaurant serving traditional fare based on the local Maremma cuisine.
