This holiday farm is located on the hills only a few kilometres from Capodimonte. It faces Monte Bisenzio and the valley below, which gently slopes towards the Lake Bolsena basin. This area is rich in Etruscan finds. From the farm one can admire the beauty of the Lake, its two islands and the little village of Capodimonte. The latter is set on a volcanic crag extending into Lake Bolsena, and is considered ?pearl of the Lake? for its beauty. Our guests will receive a warm welcome and enjoy a pleasant stay.

This holiday farm is a beautiful complex built within an olive grove. It includes six flats and eight bedrooms all elegantly furnished. From a big lounge guests can enter the dining room and enjoy typical genuine foods. Immersed in the green is a Jacuzzi pool for guests only.

La Ginestra e la Betulla: 60sq.mt. cottage on the ground floor, immersed in the green olive grove, with private parking space and a small porch furnished with table and chairs. It has a large living room with a double sofa-bed and a kitchenette, a double room, a twin- bedded room and a bathroom with shower.
La Rosa e la Viola: apartments with double rooms, a twin- bedded room, bathroom with a shower, deeped in stillness.
