The agriturismo

The Agriturismo is located in the centre of the Tuscan-Latium Maremma , in an area marked by the passage of the Etruscan civilization, very close to areas of tourist interest, lakes, thermal baths and the sea, with its beaches still uncontaminated and its sea awarded among the cleanest in Italy. It offers accommodation in 4 two-roomed flats, 4 three-roomed flats and an independent cottage. The farm produces extra virgin olive oil.

The accommodation

Born in 2003 thanks to the Fabrizio’s work, the owner, it’s built with attention to the structure, but also to the garden mind in any particular, with stone wall and the stockade. Every years engaged to restructure and new things, Fabrizio, in 2005, open the swimming pool  with the particular colour and the shower make with stone.

There’s 6 apartments built in very rational way to guarantee a great comfort. The roof is of chestnuts, the floor is of brick and the kitchens are all in masonry. Every apartments have a predominant colour…green, blue, Bordeaux, yellow, are the colours used for curtains, bed spreads…all for make an atmosphere warm and pleasant.

Activities and surrounding

The farm is situated on a small hill in the country of Pescia Romana, the last Maremma-Laziale village, near Capalbio (Toscana). Pescia Romana’s territory, have a gentle climate and in the last years destination of a great number of tourists attracted by the limpid sea, that had a recognition as between the most clean sea of Italy, and by the beautiful and uncontaminated beach that is 8 km long. At the back of the beach is possible to see a wild and intact Mediterranean flora: the Tombolo.

Thousand of tourists came in Pescia Romana for the beautiful of the country and the beach, but also for the possibility to do most naturalistic, cultural, archaeological excursions, all to few km: Tarocchi’s Garden to 1 km, to 10 minutes of car Ansedonia, to 20 minutes Argentario, Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, from here is possible to start for little cruise to Giannutri and Giglio Islands. To25 minutes there’s Saturnia, famous thermal centre, to 12 Km there’s Vulci, archaeological-naturalistic park, to 25 km Tarquinia. Civitavecchia to also 30 km and Rome to also one hour of car.
