In the centre of Maremma between Latium and Tuscany, very near to touristic places, to the sea, with his beaches uncontaminated too and his waters between the most clean of Italy, to the thermal baths, to the lakes, in a territory marked of the passage of Etruscan civilization, rise poggio di maremma’s farms.

Born in 2003 thanks to the Fabrizio’s work, the owner, it’s built with attention to the structure, but also to the garden mind in any particular, with stone wall and the stockade. Every years engaged to restructure and new things, Fabrizio, in 2005, open the swimming pool (with whirpool) with the particular colour and the shower make with stone.
There’s 6 apartments built in very rational way to guarantee a great comfort. The roof is of chestnuts, the floor is of brick and the kitchens are all in masonry. Every apartments have a predominant colour…green, blue, Bordeaux, yellow, are the colours used for curtains, bed spreads…all for make an atmosphere warm and pleasant.
