Poggio di Montedoro

The farmhouse consists of 5 independent houses all re-built respecting the traditional style of the farmhouse. The houses raise in a green area of 5000 mq among old oak and chestnut trees. The name of the hill-location comes from the homonym octagonal church underneath the farmhouse that characterises it and the village too.
The houses are well built and fine for the material and for the typical furnishing of the traditional country style; old styled furniture, Terracotta floor and wooden ceilings.

The resort consists of 10 from 3-person to 8 person apartments. Each of them is completely furnished with an equipped kitchen, TV, private bath with shower and supplied with bed-bath and table linen, internet connection, air conditioning, independent heating. Some of them have a balcony or garden.
Each flat is named after the different land properties of the family’s owner.

On the first floor of the main house you will find four flats:
“Castagneto” – “Vignente” – “Montecardone”
Each flat is about 45 mq wit 2+3 beds available. They have a living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, 1 double room, upper floor with single sofa bed, 1 bath with shower. 2+3 beds available.
“Cerchiare”: about 40 mq. It offers a living room with kitchen and couch bed, 1 double room, upper sofa with single couch bed, 1 bath with shower.
2+2 beds available. It is also possible to combine the last 2 apartments in a larger one.
“Biagio”: about 45 mq, is an independent flat located on the ground floor close to the main house. It is furnished with kitchen in a living room with double couch bed, upper floor with single bed, 1 double room. 2+3 beds available.

A third independent house on the ground floor close to the wood is provided for two flats:
“Poggeri”: about 45 mq. It has living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, 1 double room. Direct access to the garden. 2+2 beds available.
“Oliveto”: about 50 mq. It offers living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, 1 double room, upper floor with double sofa bed. Direct access to the wood. 2+4 beds available.
“Salcia”: it is a fourth independent house of about 60 mq on the ground floor and close the swimming pool. It has a living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, 2 double-bed rooms. 4+2 beds available - The old family house has been rebuilt and offers two comfortable flats each of one with independent entrance on the ground floor.
“Casa Maria” is about 70 mq. It has 2 separated double-bed rooms one with double sofa bed and fireplace, a large living room with double sofa bed, a comfortable kitchen, balcony. 4+2+2 beds available.
“Casa Vittoria ” about 45 mq. It is furnished with 1 double room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a balcony. 2+2 beds available.
Indoor services - large dining room with equipped kitchen and TV room. It can be used to organise cooking class, special dinners or wine tasting or for any kind of meeting; reading room with fireplace for enjoying the rural evening in a quite and relaxing atmosphere.
Outdoor services - swimming pool ; spacious equipped garden with a quite small wood; barbecue; private parking.
