Bookings A 30% deposit, payable by postal order or electronic transfer, is required to reserve an apartment.
Checks not accepted.
Cancellations In case of booking cancellation your deposit won't be given back. The following penalties will be applied: - 75% if reported one month before arrival date - 100% if reported within 15 days of arrival date

Discounts and Conventions - Fonteverde SPA Resort in San Casciano dei Bagni (SI): 15% at the thermal swimming-pool, 10% on day spa circuits. - During the summer, Pulicaro’s guests are entitled to special discounts at the Bolsena lakeside resort of Riva Verde: 15% on the rental of beach umbrellas, deckchairs and pedalos; 10% at the restaurant. - It's possible to book meals à la carte or a set-price menu in the House Farm and local restaurants in the district.
