The farmhouse is situated in a peaceful location next to the Monte Rufeno Natural Park Reserve. It is a protected area of about 3.000 hectares, which stretches to the North of the province of Viterbo and to the South of the province of Siena, in the Alta Tuscia territory considered the cradle of the Etruscan Civilization. The country estate extends on the borders of 3 Regions: Latium, Tuscany and Umbria. The country house enjoys enchanting view over the surrounding valley and it is ideal for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday but at the same time visit the nearby cities of art of Central Italy. The farm covers about 70 hectares of land, part of which is cultivated with wheat, barley, hay, herbs and part with olives. Agricultural production is conducted with absolute respect for the natural environment and is focused on olive oil, fruit, vegetables and eggs. Poultry, horses, monkeys and other farmyard animals are bred in the large enclosed orchard, offering chickens, geese, turkeys, and rabbits free range to graze on an entirely organic diet.

The farmhouse offers 5 spacious and self-catering apartments each one with its own color and tone. The charming stone country house has been completely and recently restored in the typical Tuscan style, trying to respect the original structure and features. Guests have many large gardens, where they can spend pleasant moments relaxing or where they can dining.
The apartments Viola and Iris have a connecting door so to be rented as a whole spacious apartment of 130 square meters for 6-8 people.
Apartment Rosa (65 sqm; 2-4 sleeps): First floor, central heating. This apartment has a large light living-room with an equipped kitchen, sofa-bed and tv; one double bedroom with another single extra bed and a bathroom with shower. Outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants; reserved table in the pool.
Apartment Viola (70 sqm; 2-4 sleeps): First floor, central heating. A very spacious living-room with dining area, equipped kitchen, fireplace, dishwasher, 1 single sofa-bed, tv; 1 double bedroom with 1 single extra bed; 1 bathroom with shower, a baby’s crib may be placed in bedroom. Outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants, reserved table in the pool.
Apartment Iris (60 sqm; 2-3 sleeps): First floor, central heating. Private balcony-entrance, a living-room with an equipped kitchenette, dining area, 2 single sofa-beds and tv; 1 double bedroom with a single bed; 1 bathroom with shower. Outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants, reserved table in the pool.
Apartment Giglio (70 sqm; 2-5 sleeps): Ground floor; central heating. It has an elegant and large living-room with an equipped kitchen, 2 single sofa-beds and tv; 1 double bedroom with 1 single-extra bed; 1 spacious bathroom with shower, a baby’s crib may be placed in bedroom. This apartment has been predisposed also to welcome disabled people. Outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants, reserved table in the pool.
Apartment Mimosa (90 sqm; 4-6 sleeps): Independent Dependance at the ground floor, central heating, air conditioning (autonomous). This apartment has been predisposed to welcome a big family. It has large living-room with fire place; equipped kitchen, 1 sofa and colour tv; 2 double bedrooms each with a single-extra bed (3+3= sleeps 6), 1 spacious bathroom with shower, a baby’s crib may be placed in bedroom.
