We stayed 4 persons in the largest apartment at the estate.
It can hold more than 7 people but we got a nice discount promising that we only used two bedrooms.

There was a nice living room with refrigerator with a small freezer and possiblity to cook on a gas-cooker with 4 different burners.
The family who runs the place really are trying to treat their guests as part of the family.
They organised a nice dinner at the outdoor barbecue where all guests had the possibility to participate - this weas a truly remarkable evening with very good Italian food, all the good wine you could need and closing the dinner with a nice espresso with a grappa.
On our stay we had some small problems regarding payment for the motorway and theft of a wallet in Roma Termini - both experiences were handled professionally by Barbara - the english speaking member of the family.
Also she helped when we would like to order and print on-line tickets for the Vatican Museum (in order to avoid the long cue for that).
Falt was equipped with free cabled internet and there was free wireless in the reception.
The surroundings of the estate is very beatifull and it is nice to go on a walk on the estate.
The flats share a nice big pool.
There is a possiblity to wash for only 5 euros per machine.

We can truly recommend this agriturismo to anyone who would like to be close to Rome, Viterbo (where there is a big E. Leclerc shoppingmal), Orvieto, Marple Fall in Terni and even Firenze is only two hours drive on the motorway, Siena is less.
We even had a long trip one day to Pisa and from there to Grotta del Vento and then back
