The agriturismo is nestled in the green Val Fontanabuona, at the foot of Monte Ramaceto, in a fully renovated house. It has 5 bedrooms with services, a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a play area, solarium and a small nature trail, among forest fruits and local fauna.

The restaurant has 2 dining rooms, one with a fireplace (ideal in the winter); the other, very airy, with well-stocked bookcases and a reading corner. There are also terraces furnished for relaxation or dining, a play area for the children and a solarium. The 5 rooms have all the services and a TV:
- Ladder room sleeps two, with the possibility of an extra bed. Offers a panoramic view over the town En-suite bathroom.
- Panoramic room sleeps two, with the possibility of accommodating two more if necessary. From its three windows there is a beautiful view of the valley. Bathroom outside the room.
- Waterfall room sleeps two, plus a bunk bed, and if necessary a single foldaway bed. Its windows overlook Monte Ramaceto and the waterfall. Bathroom outside the room.
- Garden room sleeps two, with a terrace and garden where you can relax in peace and quiet. En-suite bathroom.
- Olive room double room with the chance of accommodating another three people. Indoor and independent outdoor access. Overlooks a centuries-old olive tree and the solarium. En-suite bathroom.
