This farm house stands in the near inland of Imperia, not far from the historic village of Villa Viani, where rural life has still not lost its traditional pace.
Originally built for defense purposes, it has now been completely restructured, using natural materials, such as the decision to use natural fibers for all fabrics.

Three apartments have been constructed in the tower.
Torre della Guardia: located in the two upper floors of the tower. On the first floor living area with equipped kitchen-living room with sofa-bed (140cm), on upper floor bedroom with double canopy bed and toilet facilities.
Capitano Peyre: located in the base of the tower, the oldest part. On ground floor living area with equipped kitchen-living room with sofa-bed (140cm), with backdoor leading to small garden. On upper floor bedroom with wrought iron double bed and toilet facilities.
Foresteria: this apartment adjoins the tower, with possibility of being connected to the Capitano Peyre apartment. Comprised of living area with equipped kitchen-living room with chair-bed, bedroom with double bed and toilet facilities. Backdoor leading to small garden with open-air dining area.
