The house is located on the hills, in the municipality of Castelnuovo Magra (La Spezia). The Apuane Alps rise behind it and the Ligure Sea is in front of it. It is in a green area with a 3500 square meters garden for relaxing and contact with nature.
You will find a wonderful view to the sea and you can overlook the Magra Valley, in Lunigiana, a land full of charm, with delightful and changeable landscapes, churches, castles and medieval villages.

In the green area with a 3500 square meters garden, between olive trees, oaks, pines, oleanders, palms, lemon trees, fruit trees and many flowers you will find peace and relax.
