The agriturismo
On a 4 hectare estate in the Cinque Terre National Park, in a green valley in Monterosso al Mare, a 10 minute walk from the historic centre, this is the ideal place to rediscover life’s small pleasures:read a good book in the shade of age old olive trees, take in the sea views from the vine-covered terraces, and enjoy the taste of wholesome meals prepared using fresh produce from the farm itself.
All guests also have access to communal space for preparing their own meals using delicious ingredients from the vegetable garden.
The accommodation
The agriturismo is completely surrounded by peace and quiet and the scents of the Mediterranean shrubland, among olive and citrus trees and a DOC vineyard, home to typical Cinque Terre grape varieties (Bosco, Vermentino and Albarola), and offering stunning views of the Monterosso Gulf.
The agriturismo offers guest accommodation in 3 twin rooms with private bathrooms, bed linen and towels, free Wi-Fi connection and a communal kitchen for the guests.
A breakfast of homemade sourdough bread and jams is served in the communal lounge, where guests can also prepare their own meals.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo stands at the heart of the countryside, but just a 10 minute walk from the historic centre of Monterosso al Mare and close to the sea; the town of Soviore and its sanctuary are easily accessible via pathway 509. Exploring the National Park is also a must, for which the agriturismo is the ideal starting point, nestled among lemon and olive groves, vine-covered terraces, coves and little beaches.
The old lighthouse at the tip of the Punta Mesco headland at the edge of the Cinque Terre is the ideal place to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
