The house in the sun is located in the village of Castelnuovo Magra in a location known as the "Hills of the sun" in a wild and free landscape on a panoramic hill, overlooking the ancient valley of the Magra, sheltered by the majestic Alps, surrounded by trees and bushes, among olive trees, acacias and oaks, about 10 minutes far from the sea (by car).

The B&B the "house in the sun" is a restored farmhouse. The owners offer two convenient solutions for guests: White and Gold.
"Gold" is a loft of 60 mt., with a double bed in the loft and a sofa bed downstairs. There is also a Relax area, a marble open kitchen a centenary wooden floor, a bathroom and a large wooden Bisazza. Moreover there is an outer porch and large windows in the green.
"White" is ideal for four people, it has a loft bedroom with the floor below, sofa bed sand a large bathroom with shower.
