The agriturismo
Polisena is an eco-sustainable farmhouse created from the renovation of anold farmhouse from the 1700s. Surrounded by the green vineyards of the winery, very close to the most beautiful cities of Lombardy and equipped with a Bio Spa.
From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire plain.
The farmhouse has an organic restaurant that offers guests vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
The accommodation
The farmhouse is the result of the recent eco-sustainable renovation of an old monastic property surrounded by green woods and vineyards just five minutes from the main roads.
The restoration was carried out in bio-architecture and the structure uses only renewable sources for its energy needs, making it completely self-sufficient. It is the first KlimaHotel-certified farmhouse in Italy, a certification that attests to the structure's high energy standards and the achievement of the perfect symbiosis between man and the environment.
Inside are 4 Junior Suites and a Wellness Suite (with Turkish bath and private emotional shower). All suites have panoramic views and are equipped with natural furnishings (wood, leather, organic fabrics); bio switches; bioclimatic greenhouse-veranda; thermo-acoustic insulation; FSC-certified parquet and furniture with oil finish. In-room TV on request.
Guests have access to the Bio Spa, equipped with sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers and relaxation area with herbal tea room, and TV in the common room.
Completing the offer is the organic restaurant with panoramic rooms open from Friday to Sunday, where you can taste vegetarian and vegan dishes prepared with creativity and flair by the young chef.
Finally, for small meetings or gatherings there is a conference center equipped with projector, PC, piped audio and cable Internet connection.

The agritourism is located on the slopes of the Riviera, a beautiful hill town of Pontida, but extremely close to the most important cities of Lombardy such as Bergamo, Lecco, Como, Milan, Brescia and the airport of Orio al Serio-Milano
Pontida is also situated in a happy position locally. It rises on the slopes of Mount Canto, beyond which lies the town of Sotto il Monte, the birthplace of John XXIII. It is also located halfway between the North Adda Park, classified as a site of community interest, and Valcava.
