The farm holiday inaugurated in the 2007, is in the municipality of Soiano del Garda, in the famous Valtenesi area. In such a lovely context, that enjoys the calm of the country despite the distance of only 3 kilometres from the beaches of the Garda lake, the mansion has been restructured according to the typical style of the area and it is placed in a marvellous panoramic position on the top of a hill from which you can extend your glance both on the Garda Lake and the surrounding mountains.

The elegant structure, including also an outdoor swimming pool, is composed by 11 new apartments and 3 rooms with every kind of comfort and the best finishings, built with excellent materials, are all walk-in, all have a large portico and stone walls. The farm holiday is endowed with very elegant woodworks, thermic glasses, independent heating and air conditioning, ancient earthen floors.
In addiction to the patio, a splendid swimming-pool plunged into the green garden with an English style lawn completes the whole context of the mansion.
The interiors are characterized not only by the best finishings, but also by a refined design which includes antique furniture according to the local rustic tradition in which simplicity and good taste mix together.
The farm holiday offers a scenery composed by a green area which extends on a surface of 140000 square metres with olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees.
