La Sognata

The wellness centre contains a mini gym, swimming pool, sauna, a tanning machine and a hydro-massage bath as well as a fully-equipped salon, a relaxation room and changing rooms.
The Centre makes full use of its location – all the treatments are carried out using natural products such as milk, fruit and vegetables, many of which come from the farm itself. For example, the hydro-massage bath is filled with a choice of yoghurt, goats milk, sea salt or honey according to your skin  type and needs. Yoghurt and goats milk moisturise, sea salt slims and honey nourishes and smoothes the skin.
The range of body treatments is particularly wide and includes various types of massage specific to skin  type and problems such as cellulite.
