The agriturismo
Nonna Bettina is the ideal Farm Holiday for you: it is set in a well-positioned olive grove with a spectacular views of the Garda Lake, particularly of the Sirmione Peninsula and of the Bay of Desenzano. Surrounded by wide grounds with gardens, porticos, sun terraces and areas for relaxation, it is the ideal place for everyone: couples, small groups and families
The accommodation
The agritourism structure is located in the manor house inhabited, in part, by the Pasqua family: Elisabetta and Eleonora with mother Enrica and father Carlo, who directly manage the farm and the agritourism.
The names of the rooms and apartments have been chosen thinking of the loved ones of the Pasqua family: daughters and grandchildren. Completely renovated, the house has been brought into compliance with current laws on safety, energy class, soundproofing, systems and has been equipped with a mixed heating system where the sun is the main source of energy.
The rooms, all equipped with a large bathroom, are spacious and adding a cot or baby changing facilities is not a problem; the use of the internal kitchen only by reservation and for special needs payment for each use of EURO 50/4 PEOPLE MAX, constitutes a further option of freedom and savings as well as the garage for the shelter of cars - motor vehicles and boats up to 8 meters only for a fee and with advance booking. The rooms have been finished using wood for the floors, marble from our entrance and kitchen areas and fine ceramics for the bathrooms, and for the rooms, newly built in 2013.
Animals Only Dogs:
Only dogs are accepted, but with a previous request. A payment of €15/day is required for each dog.
The 2 apartments each include a kitchen equipped with a fridge and stove. Payment of 50 Euros is required for the one-bedroom apartment and 70 Euros for the 2-bedroom apartment.
The furnishings have been deliberately chosen by combining the antique style of the late nineteenth - early twentieth century with the modernity of colors and materials by Kartell.
The linen used is of the best tradition of Italian hospitality: bed linen and towels, in linen, cotton, printed or embroidered for each room or moment and orthopedic mattresses of excellent quality.
Activities and surrounding
The Farm is the perfect base to explore a unique landscape. A network of public footpaths and scenic walks, which can be found behind the house, connecting the little towns of Moniga, Padenghe and Soiano, will give you the opportunity to enjoy rare species of flora and fauna. The harbor, the lakeside and the beach are within easy walking distance of Nonna Bettina, following a path bordered by a stream.
