Cascina Boschi

The recent restoration has bring back to its ancient beauty our Cascina, with its red bricks vaulted roofs holds up by big wooden beams that warmth the atmosphere in all the rooms.
At disposal the big parking shady by young vine shoots, from where it is possible enter directly to the main entrance, that was the old shed, with its big red airbricks window and the high wooden beams roof. The same beams that you see laying in the old beds, settled on the beautiful lofts that are reached by iron stairs which make unique and comfortable the rooms. All rooms have its own toilet with a window that permit to see the woods or the fields during your shower.

Breakfast, launch or dinner era all prepared in the kitchen and served in the two spacious dinning rooms, where privacy atmosphere is assured by the soft illumination on the roof and the columns.
In winter the big chimney in the principal hall is always light and invite to stop in front of fire looking out at the sunset and make small talk.

All dishes, meets, recipes and wines are of own production and comes from ancient and typical tradition of these places: bigoli, lasagne, capunsei are homemade pasta products, that never lacks in the menu as eggs, sliced salami, grilled meat and wines from the morainic hills of south Garda.
In summer owners lays the tables out in the garden, where you have dinner looking at the slowly sunset on fields and than enjoy the breeze that night carry from the wood's river.
