Corte Fabbrica

The farm is developed inside of an old colonic house that was restored respecting the original structure. It offers 2 rooms, restaurant, living room and kitchen. All rooms have a fireplace.

The rooms, very spacious, each has a private bath and television. The warm and welcoming atmosphere allows our guests to rest absorbed in the silence and peace. Inside the property there is also a museum of antique agricultural transportation and tools. The collection includes about twenty specimens of farm tractors and machinery that contributed to the history of the agricultural mechanization since 1939.

The farmhouse offers to its guests the possibility to discover and appreciate food specialties of Mantova. At the table, in fact, you can enjoy farm-raised meat products, homemade hand or press prepared pasta, Parmesan Reggiano with home made mustard, desserts and jams coming from the fruit cultivated in the orchard of property. The farm is in fact developed on about 35 hectares (86 acres) of land with a part located in the San Colombano Natural Park. The farmhouse cultivates their own cereal , including corn for polenta, beet roots for sugar and they also breed steers, chickens, ducks and guinea hens.

For those who are interested, the farmhouse organizes business dinner meetings and banquets for every occasion. Recently they received the ?Italian Hospitality Quality? mark.
