This brand new country house is immersed in the Morain hills in the Mincio Nature Reserve, only 5 km south of Lake Garda. The serenity of the woods bordering on the farm, the peacefulness of the surrounding farmlands and the views of Lake Garda offer a wonderful stay and interesting daily tours by bike or on foot.

The country house has a large dining room and a relaxation lounge with satellite TV; the bedrooms are all on the first floor except for one that has been fitted for disabled people and which is on the ground floor.
All of the 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower, with one having a bathtub. All have air conditioning, TV and it is possible to have free internet connection.
On the premises there is an ancient bowls lane that has been completely renovated. A small church, dedicated to Saint Nicholas, is attached to the country house, it dates back from 1150 and is still consecrated.
The farm’s main area of cultivation is a vineyard (equally divided between white and red grapes) that has just been planted.
