Born in 1994, the farmhouse is based on the slopes of the peak at the southern farthest border of Lombardia, stretched out towards Liguria and the sea. One of the old salt roads passed through the path before the house; along the salt street, goods, words and ideas travelled in the Middle Ages until the first years of the 20th century.
Plunged in the beech and larch woods and green meadows, the farmhouse arises from the complete restructuring of an old cottage done up by the owners themselves who gave it the mountain flavour.

The house is built on two floors. On the ground floor there lies a large hall, wooden furnished where it is possible to eat together on three tables with 30 seats each.
The hall gives also the chance to relax in winter in the small sitting-room before the fireplace, to enjoy the reading corner provided with a small available library. In addition to it, the large hall can take in up to 100 people for conferences or seminars.

On the upper floor there are 8 rooms just having essential furniture that overlook the balcony surrounding the whole house; the rooms are provided with wooden intermediate floor, with internal bathroom and with access for disabled.
The smallest room can house up to 8 people while the biggest one even up to 14.
It is ideal either for numerous groups, school children, families or for couples.

The farmhouse gives the chance to farmhouse camp in the nearby meadows provided with equipped laundry, showers and services placed at the back of the house. A barbecue for grills in the open air is also available for guests.
The facility also offers the stall service for horses.

Food consists of plentiful meals and painstaking dishes, cooked with the farm typical products that can only be bought in loco as well as with biological local products.
