The agriturismo
The farm is in the countryside of Bescapè a short distance from Milan (17 km), Pavia (23 km) and Lodi (19 km).
Days are spent away from stress with genuine traditional, vegan and vegetarian cuisine at km 0.
Twenty years of attention to the environment has created an optimal place for guests' well-being.
The pool is for the exclusive use only of guests staying at the facility, in possession of room.
Daily guests, on the other hand, can only use the restaurant.
The accommodation
The farmstead includes a manor house with reception, dining/breakfast room, 6 bedrooms created in the old animal sheds in front of swimming pool, with bathroom and terrace. Guests can freely avail of the communal kitchen.
For those who seek accommodation with a difference, there is a tree house with bathroom and shower as well as a balcony. Families can choose from one of the three apartments. Car park and Wi-Fi also available.
In winter, guests dine in the dining room with fireplace and 1950s furnishings; in summer, in front of the villa or in the rustic porch. Local produce is served, including vegan and vegetarian dishes (with synergistically cultivated vegetables). The Carnaroli rice and eight-row flint corn polenta used are produced on the estate.
Children can play in wide open spaces and visit the mini farm with its chickens, geese, goats, ponies and dogs.
Guests who stay for a number of days can avail of the vegetables from the garden and the fruit from the orchard.
There is also a conference room seating 40 people. The various areas of the agriturismo are perfect for hosting ceremonies and events: the garden and the old gazebo are ideal for celebrating weddings and civil unions.
Activities and surrounding
Plenty of activities on offer: walks, fishing, cookery courses, visiting the farm animals. The Charterhouse of Pavia, Chiaravalle abbey, Mirasole abbey, the natural oasis of Sant'Alessio and the Miradolo thermal springs are all a short distance away.
The surrounding area has farms selling typical products, golf courses and riding stables.
In Melegnano, besides the castle, there are restaurants, pizzerias, shopping centres and the train station. A few km away is the yellow line of the underground at San Donato Milanese, which takes you to the centre of Milan. The Rho exhibition centre is at 32 km.
