The farm hotel lays in the green and gentle hills of the Italian Marcas. It started with the fine restoring of an old casolare (cottage) of 1800 together with a traditional tabaccaia built in the late 19th century. The restoring turned the structure into a typical farm hotel perfectly molded inside the biologically certified plantations of today. In their spaces, several animals live and are bred within the structure.

The farm hotel is made of two independents units. In the most ancient part, at the upper floor, you can find three comfortable bedrooms each one with its own bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning, digital TV, and internet broadband connection.
In the same building at the ground floor the breakfast/lunch room is connected with the kitchen. In the old tabaccaia you can find a comfortable living room at the ground floor, while at the upper floor an apartment made of bedroom, bathroom and its own kitchen, that can comfortably host up to three people has an independent access.
