Close to the small but beautiful fortified town of Mergo, the Country House ‘Il Tiglio’ has been recently restored and is situated in an area immersed in art, history and nature. The house consists of 4 apartments, with a maximum capacity of 14 people.

‘Il Tiglio’ is a rural smallholding, known locally as a ‘casa colonica’. It has been tastefully restored and refurbished. Although now fully modernised the house still retains the character of a traditional Marche country house.
The house consists of 4 apartments, with a maximum capacity of 14 people. 2 of the apartments are equipped for the use of the disabled (a total of 4 beds).
Every apartment has either one or two bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen and lounge area. The apartments all have central heating. We also have a telephone and internet connection on site.
In the centre of the spacious courtyard there is a seating area with gazebo where you can enjoy your meals outside overlooking the spendid scenery. We also have an outdoor BBQ for the use of all guests.
The Country House is ideal for animal lovers, we accept pets by prior arrangement.
