The agriturismo
It is located on a quiet and green area, in the Parco del Conero, on a hill by the sea, only 5 minutes from the centre of Ancona and 7 minutes from the beaches of Portonovo and Mezzavalle. From here guests can easily reach the shores of the entire Riviera, including the fascinating beaches of Sirolo and Numana, 15 min away. We offer modern and comfortable apartments, with terrific views on the sea and sunset, and an atmosphere that makes our guests feel like at home.

The accommodation
Fantastic location, in the Conero Nature Park and only 5 min away from the sea and the center of Ancona. Great for both holidays and business trips. Amazing panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the bay of the city, especially at sunset.
It poses the perfect choice for those who love the charm of the sea and the quiet of the countryside, whilst being close to the city and still enjoying the comforts of home.
Modern and spacious apartments and rooms, some of which are equipped with jacuzzi, panoramic terrace and barbecue. Inter-connecting apartments available, for families and group of friends.

FIORI DEL CONERO is about 3km far from the harbor and train station of Ancona. Bus stop at 300mt connecting to the city center and (during the summer) the beaches of Portonovo and Mezzavalle.
Great starting-point to visit both the little medieval towns in the region and the beauties of the Conero Riviera, such as the beaches of Portonovo, Sirolo and Numana, and the Conero Mountain.
Activities and surrounding
Nearby you’ll find sports structures, like tennis courts and golf courses, pool, horse riding stables, sports fishing. On the first Friday of each month you may take a stroll, upon reservation and if the weather allows, up to the Observatory “Paolo Senigalliesi” and admire up-close the starry sky.
If you want to go for a boat ride along the Riviera del Conero, with the chance to eat onboard as you enjoy the panorama, we would be delighted to make suggestions!
A visit to the Grotte di Frasassi, only an hour car ride away, will be an unforgettable experience. You can in fact immerse yourself in a fascinating world, one of its kind.
You may also visit our greenhouses, upon request, with detailed information and illustrations on the part of the owners, who will accompany you on the tour and answer any of your questions.
