An old country house near the village of Arcevia, it is spread over 16 hectares of countryside, immersed in the golden hues of wheat fields, in it's own green gardens and in the peacefulness of the gently rolling hills of the Le Marche region of Italy.

It has 6 comfortable and fully-equipped self-catering apartments. Each apartment has its own separate entrance, and its own gazebo.
They are all different ? both in size and furnishings. Each has been renovated to reflect its surrounding environment and is beautifully furnished. Great care has been taken over details such as terracotta floor tiles, stone open fireplaces and beamed ceilings.
The guests can also make use of the beautifully-situated swimming pool (12 x 6 meters with depth of 160 cms, sundeck and swimming pool area reserved for children with depth of 50 cms) and of the lawns and gardens which surround the house, of the vegetable garden and the small wood for nature walks. There is also a play area for children , a 5-a-side/volleyball court and barbeque areas. A laundry room is equipped with washing machine and ironing board and disabled toilet facilities.
Fiordaliso and Ginestra: on the first floor, with access from a staircase with independent entrance. A sitting room with a brick-paved floor, open-beamed ceiling, fireplace, sofa-bed and convenient kitchen corner. One double bedroom and a twin-bedded room. Bathroom with shower. Independent central heating.
Papavero: the sitting room with its magnificent stone fireplace, the apartment also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms ? one double and one with twin beds ? and 2 bathrooms, one with bath.
Primula: this apartment is made up of a huge sitting-room, further enhanced by a splendid fireplace, a double sofa-bed and convenient kitchen corner. 1 double bedroom, and 1 with twin beds. Bathroom with shower. Also suitable for the disabled.
Rosa: this is a split-level apartment. On the ground floor is a sitting room with a fireplace in the corner and a double sofa-bed, complete with a fully furnished and functional kitchen. On the first floor is a double bedroom with four-poster bed and a bathroom with shower.
Violetta: this studio flat, separate from the rest of the building, is the perfect choice for short sojourns and for enjoying the peace of the natural surroundings in the autumn and spring periods, as well as in the summer.
