The agriturismo
The agriturismo is set in the verdant countryside of a 100 hectare estate, just a few minutes from the Spiaggia di Velluto (Velvet Beach) at Senigallia. It offers peaceful, homely accommodation in the hills of the Marches region.
The accommodation
The accommodation facility covers two floors: on the first floor is a large hall with fireplace, with direct access onto the garden, and can be used by guests for socialising and relaxing with a glass of wine. On the same floor is a double room with bathroom and fridge. All areas are suitable for the disabled.
On the first floor are 3 apartments: the first includes 2 bedrooms (sleeping 6), sitting room, kitchen and bathroom with shower; the others are two-room apartments with one bedroom, a sofa bed, bathroom with shower, sitting room with fully equipped kitchenette and fridge.
On the second floor, with a view of the hills, are 2 other two-room apartments with double room, sitting room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette, fridge, a bathroom with shower.
Outside is a garden with gazebo, parasols, barbecue, swimming pool with sun terracefurnished with loungers and deck chairs.
