Villa Federica is inland Marches, Province of Ancona (Italy), on the rolling hills overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
Sh’is the land of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi wine, rich in oak and olive trees, situated between the Conero Park and the Park of Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Caves.

Villa Federica was obtained from a recent restoration of an old farmhouse in stone of nineteenth-century. A careful renovation, supervised by the owners, who brought new life to the house without altering the harmonious architecture and finish them in the original polychrome stone.
The interior, divided into 2 storey, put up in one part of the 1st floor, a small apartment (occupied by the owners, 2 people), which is accessed via an outside staircase Travertine stone; in the rest of the 1st floor and the whole plan earth, is available by the guests and consist of: 4 double rooms (for a total of 8 beds), 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor, accessed via a wooden staircase in the Reception, located into wide ingress. The farm has independent gas boiler for heating and hot water.
The rooms (furnished with wardrobe, chairs, tables, dressing table, set of bed linen and extra blankets) are each provided with bathroom, equipped with lavatory, shower, locker, linen and towels.
In addition to rooms, are for guests: equipped kitchen (stove quartz, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee espresso machine and a small wood oven) for preparation and to take breakfast, a large living room furnished with sofas, ceramic stove, reading area with desk and bookcase vintage, dining area with table and dresser vintage, music corner with grand piano.
A spacious tiled brick sidewalk surrounds the house all around the perimeter, with areas equipped for heliotherapy and angles in the shade for conversation and reading, at all hours of the day. Also 2 spacious verandas of ancient oak beams and a pergola of grapes allow to take breakfast and snacks outside. Adjacent to one of the verandas is located a wood barbecue for food cooking on coals or grill. The courtyard around the house (5000 square meters) contains an area to walk on green grass, also available for heliotherapy and children's play, a small wood-store equipped for carpentry, car garage (3 parking spaces available for customers) and other spaces outside of the garage. Finally, in another part of the court, is cultivated a small garden with seasonal vegetables and fruit trees.
