The agriturismo

Ideally located on the Conero Riviera, an historic farmhouse renovated with attention to detail, in line with an eco-friendly philosophy, with home comforts for all the family as well as your animal friends.

With excellent links to the most popular tourist destinations and the motorway, this agriturismo and farm was born from the owner’s passion and bond with the local area, in total respect for nature, values which are maintained daily in all areas of the farm’s production.

The accommodation

The agriturismo offers 17 rooms and apartments (all energy class A), fully soundproofed with double, twin, twin for single use and triple options available.

With maximum attention to detail, the accommodation features natural materials such as wood, terracotta paving and high quality fabrics to create a cosy setting with a traditional rural vibe.

You’ll find a wealth of home comforts, from well-equipped kitchens to memory foam mattresses, three types of pillow, 43” smart TVs, espresso machines, kettles, safes, hairdryers, private enclosed parking with CCTV, Wi-Fi and adjustable temperature air conditioning.

Outside you’ll find a swimming pool with whirlpool, a children’s play area, a fitness zone with gym equipment and a dog agility area.

The complex also offers two meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology, the “Chardonnay” room for up to 30 people and the “Rosso Conero” room with a capacity of 108.

Next to the breakfast room you’ll find the Farm Shop, selling typical produce from the farm itself, such as wine, honey, legumes, spelt and oil, as well as a Wine Cellar.

You can enjoy guided tours of the wine cellar and farm, and guests also receive a glass of fine wine on arrival.

The agriturismo is just 6 km from the stunning beaches of the Conero Riviera, and just a short distance from all that the region has to offer, from Camerano, with its dense network of underground tunnels, Ancona – a city of Greek origin, Castelfidardo, Loreto - a popular pilgrimage destination, Offagna - one of Italy’s most beautiful medieval hamlets, the Frasassi Caves, the Gola della Rossa Regional Nature Park, ideal for strolling among nature, with its characteristic trails also perfect for mountain biking, Recanti, and finally the beaches of Porto Recanati, Numana, Sirolo and Portonovo bay.

We are very grateful for your kind words about our staff, and Gemma sends you and all of us our love!
We are sorry to see that you were not fully satisfied with your stay at the Villa, especially with the location of the Villa, certainly understanding what your needs were instead. The farmhouse has always been in a strategic point, for proximity to the Highway and at the same time to the most beautiful places in our area, but it is certainly not in an isolated spot. It belongs to our Farm 2 km from the House, which unfortunately cannot be visited at the moment.
As for the synthetic grass paving in the pool area, it was done that way for management reasons and due to obligations from the Superintendence when the pool was built (the farmhouse is in fact a historic place, linked to the Holy House of Loreto, as the "plaque" on the wall of the house says). We sincerely hope that you have instead admired the garden that surrounds us, with the beautiful plants and our trees.
