Guests can use the swimming pool with telescopic cover at no additional cost. Also adjacent to the pool are changing rooms with a washing machine corner.

There is a vegetable garden available to clients and, as a result, guests can harvest vegetables directly from the field. During their stay, guests can participate in cooking classes, vineyard dinners , and poolside aperitifs with wood-fired pizza.

The property is a perfect location for weddings and sells DOC and DOCG wines, and jams.

The farmhouse has 6 rooms with bathrooms, including one with a whirlpool bath, and 5 apartments. The rooms are very spacious and tastefully furnished and have up to 5 beds. Guests can make use of a small lounge where for moments of relaxation.

On the ground floor is the small restaurant room where guests can taste typical, local and organic dishes grown on their own farm by the owners themselves such as vegetables, fruits, meat from low court animals.
The property is an oasis positioned on a hill away from noise and other dwellings, with huge spaces and surrounded by the owners' own vineyards.

The pool, a full twelve meters long and four meters wide, is equipped with an ultra-fast filtration system that allows all the water to be cleaned in just over two hours, thus ensuring maximum hygiene. The pool is equipped with LED floodlights that allow for the creation of special nighttime atmospheres in different colors.

This farmhouse is an ideal choice for a wedding with a simple, informal and rustic character. It is a perfect option for an outdoor wedding banquet and for couples who want a wedding menu based on traditional and genuine products. The owners provide their free time to organize cooking classes, lace-making, farming techniques, participation in farm work. Guests can stroll through the green vineyards set around the Biological Oasis until they reach the Tesino River, which can be forded in summer.

The farm is surrounded by a dozen charming medieval towns, while in 20 minutes you can reach the beaches of Grottammare, S. Benedetto del Tronto, called the Riviera of the Palms, and reach nearby Ascoli Piceno.
The Sibillini Mountains are about 30 minutes away, an ideal place to organize interesting excursions.
