Guests have a choice between two country homes with a total of four apartments, which have been tastefully renovated using bio friendly materials. We were very keen to respect the "Picena" culture and only use traditional building techniques for the restoration which in many parts of Le Marche have been lost. Therefore all the ceilings have exposed wooden beams with ancient "Roman" roof tiles.

You can book the any or all of apartments or vacation homes, one is located in front of the other with a wide Mediterranean courtyard in between. Each holiday apartment has a private entrance.

You can rent one of the two fully renovated houses - if they are still available - or one or more of the apartments with the separate entrances. In addition, we offer Bed and Breakfast services with a rich and delicious breakfast whilst taking in the views of the vineyards, the cypress and fig trees.

All the rooms in two historic houses have been beautifully restored over recent years. The rooms, balconies and terraces have breathtaking views of the vineyards and the Piceno Apennines as well as the courtyards with its olive trees, vineyards and walled rustic arches. All of the apartments have separate bathrooms with a shower, dishwasher, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchens are stocked for welcoming and the preparation of breakfast (including the typical coffee maker for the kitchen) and hot meals. You can go shopping in Montalto - including fresh traditional pasta. Each home is equipped with a laundry room for our guests.

Regina Apartment: for up to 4 people and offers a wide recreation room with sofas and a large fireplace creating a romantic atmosphere - not only in autumn or winter holidays. The living room opens into the cosy kitchen with a table, sideboard and traditional Picena hand stuffed chairs. In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and satellite television. The two double bedrooms both have walk-in showers. The wrought iron beds are also romantic as well as the country style cupboards in soft colours with paintings that recall the colours of the vineyards in the spring.

Sublima Apartment: has two beds but 2 additional beds can also be added. The space includes a cosy kitchen with refrigerator, oven and dishwasher. The chairs and tables have been beautifully restored. The details: The rooms and bathrooms are open! Guests and older people with trouble walking can enjoy a holiday in the vineyards of Le Marche without difficulty. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.

Victoria Apartment: for 5 people (plus the possibly of one extra bed). The quaint kitchen / dinning room is fitted with an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher plus satellite TV. The covered veranda on the ground floor which opens out onto the vineyard is perfect for lunch or dinner or as a portico for your car. The rooms are well appointed: one double room located next to the bathroom with shower and on the other side of the kitchen you have an additional double and a single room. The bright kitchen has a window over the large courtyard with views of the olive trees and roses and a window opening to the vineyards.

Italia Apartment: Would you like to enjoy the history of Italy, the real Le Marche? In this holiday flat you are able to imagine how people lived in Le Marche one hundred years ago, because the restored furniture is from the same era as the one when the house was built (around 1900). From the kitchen you have access to a covered balcony on which you can enjoy breakfast with the views out on to the hills of southern Le Marche. You also have access to a garden and our vineyards. The apartment has two double and one single bedroom each with a bath and a shower. The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and satellite television, with a washing machine, iron with ironing board and drying racks for laundry.
