The agriturismo
The agriturismo is an historic hamlet in the Ascoli Piceno inland, a pretty villa with easy access to the sea. The perfect venue for weddings and other celebrations, it boats large grounds, and a stunning frescoed lounge, the Sala delle Tempere, a 280 square metre gazebo perfect for your reception, a historic cellar dug into the travertine to enjoy fine food and drink, and a private chapel for the ceremony itself.
The accommodation
Guest accommodation is provided in six delightful rooms, with original interiors and 19th century frescoes. You’ll find elegant double rooms, and bunk beds can be added for families. Certain rooms can also be adjoining.
All guests receive a selection of fruit and biscotti on arrival, and all rooms benefit from wireless internet, TVs, hairdryers and bathrooms with showers.
Outside you’ll find free parking too. The restaurant serves typical Marche cuisine, with ingredients mostly from the farm itself or other small local producers. The tasting menu includes homemade salamis, local cheeses, grilled organic meats, “fritto all'ascolana”, a popular local dish of delicious fried treats, and wonderful homemade tarts. All accompanied by the farm’s own organic red, or choose from a selection of the Marche region’s finest wines. Dine in one of the cosy private lounges or outside on the terrace in summer.
