The agriturismo

In the heart of the Val d'Aso, the agriturismo offers accommodation in elegantly furnished rooms and apartments. Guests can relax in the indoor heated swimming pool. At the table, delicious local recipes from the Marche, as well as a gluten-free menu.

The accommodation

The complex, located close to major towns in the area, consists of a fully and beautifully restored old farmhouse. Using traditional materials, the agriturismo has maintained its original, natural appearance while at the same time being made more comfortable thanks to the introduction of modern technologies.
The agriturismo has 2 apartment and 8 elegantly decorated rooms, all equipped with private facilities, minibar, TV and air conditioning.

The guests can also take advantage of a billiard room with sofas for reading or conversation; board games; a nice garden; and an indoor heated swimming pool (14x6 meters) near the complex and furnished with beds, chairs and sunshades.

The agriturismo has a restaurant which serves typical local dishes, made with only the finest products of the Val d'Aso and, whenever possible, from its own estate, which produces mainly vegetables and fruit, and breeds farmyard animals. Gluten-free meals are available.
Guests can also use the coin-operated laundrette and borrow bicycles.

Activities and surrounding

Guests can decide to spend a leisurely holiday by the pool, or go on relaxing bike rides or walks through the fields, spending days by the sea or in the mountains and gorges of the Sibillini as far as Conero, in the grottos of Frasassi or the Gran Sasso, visiting the nearby medieval villages and the most beautiful cities in the Marche (Ascoli, Fermo, Offida, Recanati, and Urbino.)

The location of the agriturismo means it is perfectly placed for excursions to medieval towns, such as Ripatransone, Offida (famous for its lace), and Acquaviva Piceno. The Riviera delle Palme (Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto, both awarded the 2009 Blue Flag for clean beaches) is 30 km away, and can be reached in about 25 minutes by car.
It is about a 40-minute drive to Ascoli Piceno (40 km), a town of great historical and artistic interest with one of the most beautiful squares in Italy. Fermo, with its Roman cisterns and marvellous Duomo, is well worth a visit.

As is the Monti Sibillini National Park with the splendid plain of Castelluccio di Norcia. From here you can go on excursions to the Pilato lakes on Mount Vettore. The Parco del Conero, Loreto and the wonderful Grotte di Frasassi are about 50-70 km away.
