The completely restored Medieval (XIII century) village is made up of various buildings, the oldest of which, called "the Templars", once held a Benedictine monastery.
Surrounded by the Sibillini Mountains National Park, guests can enjoy long relaxing days, take walks, picnics and mountain bike rides on the hills surrounding the village.
You can also taste the organic products made at the farm, from breakfast sweets to homemade pasta along with homegrown beef at dinner.
Many historical, artistic and religious sites are easily reached from the village.

The farm is located in a 380 hectare area where Marchigiana cattle graze (5R, IGP quality standard) and where every year organic cereals are planted such as: durum wheat, barley, faro, etc.

The agritourism has apartments and rooms equipped with TV and minibar to sleep a total of 22/24 people.
Two apartments have cooking areas.

 There is a multi-function room (reading, music, games), a game room (ping pong, foosball, videogames) completely equipped outdoor green areas, a children's area and a pool (opening soon) available to guests.

Due to its large amount of space both indoors and outdoors as well as the stone church consecrated to S. Rita of Cascia, the village is the ideal location for religious ceremonies, parties, meetings and exhibitions.
The large halls in the building called "the Templars" commonly hosts wedding banquets, parties, exhibitions and all types of events.
