Located in Treia, ranked as one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, the Forestale Luti agriturismo is located in a 19th-century cottage built with hand-made bricks and characterized by impressive cross vaults.
The farm of which the agriturismo is part extends for around 30 hectares of cultivated land: pasture, corn, sunflowers, legumes, olives, vines and nuts . The farm also produces oil, wine and legumes that can be bought on site.

The agriturismo provides 2 apartments completed in 2009, fully furnished and equipped with mosquito nets, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and oven.
The first apartment has a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, a single bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a shower.
The second apartment is instead composed of a large living room, a kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. Both apartments can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child.
Outside, a large courtyard, surrounded by protected elms, oaks and mulberry trees can be used for various sports activities.
