Il Gelso Antico, Dimora di campagna, a recently renovated old Farmhouse, is located in an old Podere Contadino, surrounded by Lavender and Rosemary.
The farmhouse provides 2 suites of 30sqm equipped with all the main comforts and made with natural colors and materials.
The refined rooms with attention to detail respect the original architectural lines, safeguarding the harmony with the context that surrounds the property.
The equipped green spaces surrounding the farm give moments of relaxation and silence, immersed in the green countryside.
Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse is located just 1 km from the charming historic center of Recanati, "The City of Infinity and Good Living," famous for being the birthplace of two illustrious figures: the great Poet Giacomo Leopardi and Tenor Beniamino Gigli.
Strolling through the village's flower-lined alleyways, one encounters places of great historical and artistic value within a short distance of each other: from the famous Poet's House to the small square Sabato del Villaggio, to the Palazzo Comunale, to the Parco della Luna, to the Cloister of Sant'Agostino... to relive atmospheres of bygone times or taste the typical Crema Fritta .
An excellent fruity Oil is produced.
The farmhouse also offers its Guests the opportunity to spend a regenerating vacation, immersed in the green and surrounded by the relaxing landscape of Mount Conero and its Riviera, close to the sea of Porto Recanati and the beautiful beaches of Numana and Sirolo.
