During the renovation work, it was decided to retain the wooden beams and old tiles for the roofs, respecting the traditional architecture of the Macerata hinterland; thick sandstone outer walls alternate with pastel-coloured indoor walls, to give depth and lightness to the various rooms while ensuring a subtle, understated elegance.

The natural terracotta indoor stairs and the brushed oak floors in the rooms give the accommodation a comfortable, cosy atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning powered by a photovoltaic system on the roof. The water is heated by solar boilers.
 

The agriturismo offers the opportunity to stay in apartments or in double rooms with private bathroom. In particular:
 

The “Il Portico” apartment: this overlooks the brick farmyard surrounded by two gardens with elm trees and olive trees. It has a private entrance and is characterised by the outside loggia that allows outdoor dining. Living room, kitchen and sofa bed, double bedroom, large bathroom.

The “Ghiaccio” one-room apartment: this is a large one-room apartment with kitchenette, with two sofa beds that are easily folded away. The main theme is white, which can be found on the walls, in the shabby chic kitchen and in the light-coloured fabric on the sofas.

The “Azzurro” two-room apartment: this is located on the first floor. The walls are light blue and blend perfectly with the turquoise of the sofa bed and the bed linen. The kitchen has been custom made by local artisans, the bed is wrought iron and is gunmetal grey. The furniture is in Arte Povera style.  

The “Arancio” room: this is characterised by the orange colour of the walls, with matching bed linen. The floor is made from brushed oak while the bed and the rest of the furniture are made from wood. Private bathroom.

The “Verde” room: this is found in the attic. Elegantly furnished with a white wrought iron bed and lacquered wardrobe. The white softens and absorbs the bright green of the walls and bed linen, for a cool, relaxing environment. Brushed oak flooring, private bathroom.

The “Sabbia” apartment: one-room apartment with kitchenette and sleeping area. The natural stone fireplace gives a sense of familiarity to the rooms and enables guests to cook tasty grilled meats during milder months and keep warm in front of the fireplace in the winter months.

The “Lavanda” room: this is one of the largest rooms. The walls are lavender. The room is furnished in Arte Povera style with dark walnut-coloured furniture and a gunmetal grey wrought iron bed. The bathroom is private and has a spacious shower.  

The “Vinaccia” room: the main wall at the head of the bed is the colour of  red wine, while the other walls are antique pink. The bed linen in the room is red and stands out on the wrought iron bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a large, relaxing shower.
