The agritourism spreads over the side of a hill. The old farmhouse, which was built near the end of the 18th century in traditional Marchigian style, is the centre of the farm.
Thanks to a masterful restoration, its original character has been preserved both on the inside and on the outside. A small lodge and a staircase lead to the first floor. Here you will find three bedrooms and a lounge with a cozy fireplace, a tv and a beautiful bookcase well provided with books about the territory and local attractions.
On the ground floor there is another bedroom and a small restaurant, where the big fireplace will bring you back to the past for a while.
The atmosphere of rural life you experience at Ponterosa is recreated by the furniture as well.
Ponterosa is surrounded by nature, which brings you back to the basics of life. The garden, a small vineyard, the orchard, the olive grove, the graze, sheep, ducks, chickens, rabbits, and the riding school are part of and enrich the landscape.
The garden and the two sheds are well-equipped for your relax. The tree-house is the first stop for all the children who arrive at Ponterosa.
