Agriturismo Relais Il Margarito is an authentic noble country house immersed in the green Marche region; it is located 2 km from the charming village of Montefano, in the center of the Marche region, and not far from Macerata, Recanati, Osimo, Loreto and the Conero sea.

It has a saltwater swimming pool and a small golf course. Fagianella Walk: 4 km in an unspoiled landscape for guests who enjoy walking and strolling within the Farm

The farmhouse is located in the middle of anorganic farm and is separated from the fields by a thick hedge of holm oaks and bushes.

It has four rooms:

- L'Ortenzia: overlooking the garden, it is a beautiful, elegant and refined room that can give the most demanding guest tranquility and relaxation. It is provided with an independent entrance within the main structure.

- La Suvera: is located in the dèpendance of the Relais, with an independent entrance. It is a family room, equipped with a large double bed and a double sofa to accommodate children and teens up to 15 years old. The large windows overlook the small private garden corner.

- La Viola: is located in the dèpendance of the Relais. It is small, but very cozy and relaxing thanks to its soft colors. She too has a small private garden corner and a separate entrance. The small kitchenette can be used upon request.

- The Imperial Rose: is located in the dèpendance, but enjoying more privacy than the other rooms, and a breathtaking view. It has a private garden/terrace, furnished with outdoor armchairs.

- La Camelia: located in the dèpendance,a small independent apartment with a beautiful bedroom , bathroom and separate kitchenette with window. It has a private outdoor space with armchairs for relaxation and where you can eat.

Guests can enjoy a wonderful saltwater swimming pool, equipped with a small beach, where they can sunbathe semi-submerged by the water or read a book in relaxation.

For enthusiasts, there is also a golf course surrounded by greenery.

Brand new take-away service: sealed containers set up for quick lunches by the pool or to take away on outings.

The farm also has a beautiful and spacious indoor area, equipped with armchairs and sofas, sun loungers and a beautiful sail under which to shelter in hot weather.

Around the farm, among the olive trees and century-old plants, a biological and wildlife trail of about 4 and a half kilometers has been created, along which guests can walk surrounded by unspoiled nature.

The Relais is also located in the center of an area rich in towns to visit: Treia, San Ginesio, Tolentino represent just three examples. The entire Val di Chienti is rich in history, art and legends.

From the Relais you can easily reach the sea: the farmhouse is 20 minutes from Porto Recanati and 40 minutes from the Conero sea, with their incredibly beautiful beaches (the Sassi Neri beach, the Urbani beach in Sirolo, the Scoglio delle due Sorelle can be reached by sea through a service of small boats that leave from the small port of Numana).

The area is also rich in art cities and historic villages, where important artistic masterpieces by authors such as Piero della Francesca, Lorenzo Lotto, Rubens, and Titian are preserved.

Possible destinations include the Conero Park and the Sibillini Mountains, enchanted mountains where the Sibyls were thought to have lived.

In addition, the Relais is 30 minutes from the region's major shopping outlets, where you can buy inexpensive but refined items.
