The agriturismo

The old farmhouse, surrounded by 18 hectares of land growing crops, is located in a panoramic position with wonderful views of the surrounding hills, ideal for a holiday away from the chaos of the city.

The Delvecchio family is one of the oldest in the Serrungarina area and Piero’s fifty-year dedication to his work has been officially awarded a certificate.

The accommodation

The structure is spread over two floors with 3 double rooms, 5 triple rooms and 2 quadruple rooms. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, furnished in a sober way, those on the lower floor have independent access and are ideal for groups and families.

In the restaurant you can enjoy good home cooking with local products while the park surrounding the estate has a beautiful swimming pool, umbrellas, comfortable sun beds and playground.

In the farm children can spend moments together with the animals of the estate: geese, turkeys, chickens and pigeons.

Activities and surrounding

A few miles away, guests can visit the medieval Mombaroccio castles, the Beato Sante hermitage and the Mondavio fortress with the historical re-enactment of boar hunting. The surrounding area features cities rich in art, culture and history such as Fossombrone, Urbino, the birthplace of Raphael, Gradara, Recanati and Loreto, an important destination for many worshippers.

Two-wheel enthusiasts will find many special services and organised itineraries with guides for adventures taking in history and beautiful scenery.
