The agriturismo

The recently restored large 19th-century farmhouse nestles in the hills near Urbino, surrounded by organically farmed fields in a stunning landscape with views as far as the sea.
Today it offers accommodation to around 10 peoples in 3 self-contained apartments plus two rooms with in-suite bathrooms.

The accommodation

The apartments are 4, all, restored according to old tradition, are furnished with antiques and original paintings of Daniel and have television and internet. Here are their characteristics:
Apartment BILOCALE: (for 2+1 persons) 35 sqm, with 2 rooms, 1 bedroom with double bed, sofa, bathroom (bath + washing machine), dining room - equipped kitchen (oven, stove, refrigerator, dishes).
Apartment PICCOLO: (4+1 persons) 70 sqm, with 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms with double bed and single, bathroom (bath + washing machine), dining room - equipped kitchen.
Apartment GRANDE: (for 4+2 persons) Mq 85, with 4 rooms, 2 bedrooms with double bed and single, 1 living with single beds, two bathrooms (bath + washing machine), dining room - equipped kitchen.

Activities and surrounding

The grounds include spacious lawns with tables and benches, a swimming pool (12 x 6 m), a small natural lake and a play area for children.

Going for walks is particularly pleasant because this farm is in the middle of the Cesane (the Urbino hills) which have several sign-posted itineraries.
For anyone wishing to explore further afield in the Marche region we can suggest a visit to: Urbino, the Raffaello spa, the Furlo Gorge and the Adriatic coast, Urbania, San Marino, San Leo, Fontavellana monastery, Gubbio and the Frasassi caves.
