The agriturismo
Inside the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park, a hill overlooking the Adriatic sea, we find this organic agriturismo, whose name is inspired by its position, which stimulates and facilitates the observation of the sky.
Within minutes, guests can reach beautiful bays on the sea or fantastic historical and artistic locations.
The restaurant and accommodation are run solely by the owners.
The accommodation
The main building dates from the 17th century. It is made from exposed wood and stone and has been renovated according to green building techniques, with particular attention paid to the environment. Through the use of renewable energy, high quality materials (top-of-the-range mattresses, linens, duvets etc., solid wood furniture) and green switches in the rooms (to prevent the formation of harmful magnetic fields) the accommodation guarantees wellbeing for its guests.
The property includes 21 hectares of land with a D.O.C. vineyard and an orchard managed using organic agriculture techniques. Guests can purchase seasonal produce.
