The agriturismo is located on an estate run by the Roberti family, who for about 15 years now have dedicated themselves to organic farming. The farm measures about 50 hectares and onsite you can find a lake for sports fishing, a centuries-old forest with oak and chestnut trees, 70 olive trees and other typically Mediterranean trees. Plus, an enchanted lake, where peace and silence reign supreme, right next to the sea.

All the apartments have been renovated with care in pure Marches style, with terracotta flooring and exposed wooden beam ceilings. The colors of the walls call to mind peasant traditions: the colors are sage, pink, bright yellow, lavender – all typical of harmonious country life.
The furnishings are refined and detailed: chests, old display cases, and antiques found in flea markets and restored by skilled local artisans . . . plus objects in copper, vases, ceramics.
Each accommodation allows guests to be free and independent: each apartment has a living room-kitchen unit with sink, pantry, fridge, and cutlery/pots-pans.
