Old country house fully restored and transformed into a charming resort, situated in a typical village in Monferrato, a wine region.
The Resort is now composed by two houses divided into different, cozy apartments with cotto floors and fresco paintings in some rooms – During the week end the place is animated with many activities: wine tasting, dinners, visits, but it is also possible to simply rent the apartment and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the hills and the countryside

The structure consists of several houses restored with love and attention to detail, with some new rooms and several apartments fully equipped and furnished with furniture of bygone days.
It is possible to stay only 1 night or for a weekend enjoying the local cuisine and the spa. Or even rent the apartment for a
week and discover a land still intact. The Restaurant 'Saint Sebastian', open on weekends and public holidays or upon
reservation, is a place of great charm, ideal for couples, groups of friends or businesses who want a peaceful atmosphere and a kitchen where you can taste the dishes closely linked to the peasant culture of the house.
The hotel offers different wellness areas: the exclusive Divinum Spa, accessible in absolute privacy and exclusivity (mostly in pairs or small groups) and where you can book a 'spa circuit' which lasts 2 hours with : wine therapy, steam bath with aromatherapy and color therapy, waterfall shower, multijet whirlpool and relaxation area, and the new Wellness Centre Acquavitae with its small but lovely indoor pool and heated whirlpool + bio sauna and relaxation area with herbal teas. The wellness treatments and massage are all based on the anti-aging and revitalizing properties of 'grapes. The property also has an outdoor swimming pool for the summer (for guests).
