The restaurant offers the opportunity of enjoying traditional local and regional dishes, from exquisite starters to delicious desserts and all served with a choice of the finest Piemontese wines. The choice of dishes and ingredients used is in keeping with the produce that is grown on the farm or by the local consortium in the region.
The facility is organized to host weddings, parties, company conventions, seminars, art and music events etc.

An unusual wine cellar, enclosed in what was once called the “infernot”, will enable you to dedicate yourself to the pleasures of wine. A special place indeed to sample the fine and renowned Piemontese wines, take a course in the art of wine-making under the guidance of the house sommelier, and purchase the traditional local products and specialties.
The restaurant's large kitchen will be used instead to provide cookery and pastry-making courses on dates yet to be established The more sport-oriented guests will find two clay tennis courts, a comfortable swimming pool and a golf academy. Qualified instructors are available for individual or group lessons. It will also be possible to organize guided tours on mountain bike or horseback.

Just a short distance from the Club, there is a lake for sport fishing enthusiasts.
