It is a big ancient charming farmhouse, isolated on one of the beautiful hills between Langhe and Monferrato. It is ideal for even large groups of friends or families who, with a small budget, can rent the whole house and use all of it: 6 rooms and 4 bathrooms, a big kitchen and a big living room; outside there are gardens, a terrace - solarium, a small football field, grass and woods. If requested, it is also possible to have a daily cooking and cleaning service.
Located over 700 metres above sea level, Cascina Langa offers a magical view on the hills and in summer it is quite fresh. It is a good place to stay in the evening after a day in the very close Liguria beaches (40-60 km. far). Recently restored in respect of ancient peasant architecture - with typical stone walls, ex barns and manger for cows, old oven for bread, ancient wood trusses - Cascina Langa is also a perfect house for parties and meetings in a warm suggestive country atmosphere.

Ground floor: A very large kitchen: big fireplace and every comfort for cooking and eating in 15-25 persons all together. Big refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing-machine, and, of course, dishes, glasses, pots etc. for 20-30 people and many utensils: barbecue, slicing machine, mixers, etc… And when you don’t want to cook at home, you can taste the delicious restaurants, agriturismi and typical trattorie in the neighbours.
3 bedrooms: 1 very large (4-6 beds); 1 medium (2-3 beds); 1 small (2-3). 2 bathrooms, one with shower, the other with bath-tub. 1 cellar. The whole surface is with stonefloor.
First floor: A very large living room, in an old restored barn, with fireplace and all comfort for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful view of the countryside: sofas, hammock, swings…. The parquet floor makes it suitable for yoga or gymnastics, etc.
3 bedrooms: 1 very large (4-6 beds); 1 medium (3); 1 small (1-2). 2 bathroom with shower.
Garden areas, terrace-solarium, porch, a small football field, a little house with an old oven for bread and pizza, parking and an old not restored barn where you cane make bonfire or play. In summer it is possible to set up a little swimming pool.
To the estate belong also fields and quite large woods, where you can pick, in different seasons, flowers, mushrooms, chestnuts, hazelnuts, wood for fireplace.
All the house is heated with a new certified heating plant. No air conditioned.
Furniture: in part it is the original furniture of the house, now renovated, in part it is new. Garden deck chairs, tables and umbrellas for outside. Total surface of inside house: about 500 mq.
The house is isolated: that makes it very charming. You can play, dance, listen music etc in complete freedom because nobody is in the nearness. A couple of keepers leaving in the near village of Denice are ready to help and support you, coming as soon as you need.
