It is possible to rent Cascina Langa for weekends (minimum 2 days), weeks or months. Included in the price: water, use of all facilities are in the house. Not included: heating and electricity. Pets and animals: allowed, without any charge. Wood for fireplace: free if you collect it in the woods of the estate: if you want to find it cut and ready to use you will pay 14 euro for 100 kg. Daily or weekly cleaning service: you can have it on demand. A lady can come twice a week or even every day. Payment for a definite booking, a down payment of 40% of the total should be made through bank. The remaining amount will be paid by cash at the time of arrival. Deposit 500-1000 Euro at the arrival that will be given back at the time of departure, except for appropriate amounts to cover eventual damages. Shopping: In the closest village of Montechiaro (3 km) there are little and quite cheap shops: bakery, butcher, chemist, greengrocer. In 15-20 minutes there are few supermarkets.
