The Tenuta is in an absolutely intact landscape, open like a wide stage on the country, from Monferrato to the Oltrepo' Hills and the Alps.(A high level winetourism in historical relais). It offers hospitality in 12 rooms, 2 restaurants halls, swimming pool, sightseeings in the Estate and tasting.

The estate, the most important in the Gavi area, extends for 76 hectars, 58 of which are dedicated to vines Gavi DOCG, Chardonnay DOC, Barbera and Merlot, Albarossa D.O.C.. The vast one-body vineyard is surrounded by woods in a exceptional hill scenery.
A natural lake of about 2 hectares, surrounded by woods, is destination of very pleasant walks. In front of the terrace of the villa there are the italian-style garden and the vineyards that are the setting and surround the guest house. The Orchard Garden with a collection of fruit trees and aromatic plants.
The Saula guest house has 12 bedrooms with bathroom and historical furnitures in a real wine chateau in the Gavi area, a swimming pool, 2 halls for 200 m² perfect for wedding parties, full-immersion meeting arranged by business companies, safe also for handicapped people. One hall for 150 people, 200 in 2 halls.
