Bricco San Giovanni

The farmhouse has a U-shaped plant.  From the ground floor you enter the restaurant with terracotta floor and a ceiling with vault bricks. The hall is ideally divided into a first zone furnished as a salon, with a large fireplace , used to cook, on a spit, various farmyard animals, and a second one used as a restaurant (35-50 seats). The furnishings are in 19^th century style with cupboards and drawers made of walnut. Separated by a partition wall there is the bar area with tables for breakfast. This room opens with doors and windows on the terraces that surround the property on three sides. The terraces are very wide and furnished with tables and chairs of iron with surface of Luserna stone. They overlook the vineyards of Barbera and all the villages perched on the "Briccos" surrounding the Alps. So the capacity in the summer months can be quadrupled, making the property ideal for ceremonies. The kitchen is spacious and professionally equipped with all modern facilities. There are two major wineries: in the first one, very old and full of charm, you can taste wines and cheese, the second is used as a meeting room.

Upstairs there is a large living room with fireplace and television. Two walnut bookcases in 19^th century style, many Persian rugs, tapestries and English printings, make the atmosphere very warm and elegant. Two corridors lead to the 10 bedrooms (double or twin), spacious, bright and equipped with beautiful bathrooms, mini-bar, TV, hairdryer, bathrobe, towel and slippers for pool.

Not far, in the garden, there is a salt water swimming pool (14 x 6 m) that overlooks a suggestive vineyards valley. In the garden you can enjoy a drink in the bar set under a gazebo or relax on deck chairs and sun loungers.
